Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at hello@bendthetrend.com. Returns must be approved before being sent.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or special orders

Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
